Hillary needs to hang up the gloves and accept defeat

February 14th, 2008 Urban Conservative

Hillary Clinton Campaign Trail“We’re going to sweep across Texas in the next three weeks.” She said just yesterday while campaigning in El Paso, Texas.  Good luck Hill!

Meanwhile, Obama just racked up his 6th, 7th and 8th consecutive wins since Super Tuesday — trouncing her in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia and moving into the lead in the delegate count. According to Hillary’s advisors, it was all the weather’s fault since many of Hillary’s supporters are senior citizens….and we all know that seniors can’t drive in the rain.  And, with the Texas and Ohio Primaries right around the corner, her campaign is in complete turmoil.  Rumor has it that there is major drama within her inner circle. Of course, this always happens when people are fired and replaced (say adios to hottie Patti Solis Doyle and welcome to…well, um, Maggie Williams).

There is also the money issue, or lack thereof.  If you haven’t heard, Hillary doesn’t have any money-raising skills whatsoever, so she had loan herself $5 million dollars from her personal assets; and yet, they are still operating on a shoestring budget.

The news gets worse.

Hillary is trailing Obama – big time – in the polls.  Now, I know that polls are usually wrong but this one is interesting.  According to Rasmussen Reports, Obama has opened up a double-digit lead over Hillary. Yesterday’s results show Obama earning support from 49% of Likely Democratic Primary Voters while Clinton attracts 37%.  Perhaps the most stunning aspect of Obamamania is that he now leads 46% to 41% among women. Clinton retains a lead among the narrower subset of white women, but her lead in that vital demographic is down to just three percentage points. Obama now leads 47% to 44% among white voters and 69% to 10% among African-American voters.

And, this just in…former campaign manager to President Clinton’s 1992 bid, David Wilhelm plans to endorse Obama later today.

Then there’s Bill. Just today he urged potential primary voters to focus on presidential “candidates’ records, and not eloquence”.  The only thought that came to my mind was:

What in the hell has Hillary – and even Obama for that matter – ever accomplished as a Senator?

But of course, denial has crept in and Hillary insists that her campaign is stronger than ever. Unfortunately for her, she and her campaign puppets are the only ones who think so.

WOOPS

"say adios to hottie Patti Solis Doyle and welcome to…well, um, Maggie Williams"

Yes, she is definitely a hottie and Maggie looks like a black Cindy Sheehan!

On a side note...i do agree that Hillary should save face and put up the gloves. She cannot and will not win.

"Perhaps the most stunning aspect of Obamamania is that he now leads 46% to 41% among women."

WHAT???

You mean that women actually think for themselves and vote like the men do?
They are not all on the "Hillary Express" like the Clinton's lead us to believe?
You mean the Clinton's have distorted the truth???
no, really?

I always found this Hillaryite female vote projecting intellectually vapid.
Just look at history. Many of the men sided with the Women's Suffrage cause because they believed that women would naturally support their political agendas.

What happened?

The demographic changed to add women with them voting exactly like the men did. On the issues.

This does not bode well for Hillary does it?

Why would conservatives want hillary to drop out? She is a much easier target than Obama. And why should she hang up her gloves? The race will most likely go to the convention and the super delegates are on her side. She still has a chance unlike Huckabee.

It looks like Hillary is happiest on the denial train. We all knew that though.

"Then there’s Bill. Just today he urged potential primary voters to focus on presidential 'candidates’ records, and not eloquence'."

Does this mean Bill believes his wife has no eloquence? .... That's what I thought. Ol, Bill, How I'm going to miss him falling asleep in churches, his poignant campaigning and his true love for office... secretaries.

I think more people hate Hillary than like Obama, so it works out for him in the long run. Granted he's a better candidate than Hillary.

Queen to mirror: "Let the voters decide who is the fairest of them all!"

Mirror to queen: "They are"

Today, fourty-eight hours after Hillary Clinton charmed an Austin crowd by proclaiming at the close of her latest debate with Barack Obama that she was so proud to be sitting on the stage with him, Hillary has appeared in Cincinnati screaming bloody murder about her opponent.

Obama's offense was that his campaign sent out a couple of flyers to Ohio voters crticizing her health care plan and stance on NAFTA. Waving the flyers in the air, Hillary proclaimed, "Shame on you, Barack Obama!.......Meet me in Ohio and let's debate your tactics!....Let's let the voters decide!"

Yes, folks, we're going to have another debate (Tuesday in Cleveland). This time, it's "for real". One would think that after 19 debates, the Democratic voters would have made up their minds, which, perhaps, they have.

What is so entertaining is watching Senator Clinton's constantly changing tactics as she tries to launch one Michael Myers comeback after another. In Austin, she produced the low point in the debate when she went after the Obama plagiarism flap with an obviously prepared quip about a xerox something or other. That drew boos from the crowd, and no doubt led to the firing of whatever hapless staffer gave her that line. But according to the pundits, Hillary "saved" the evening with her gracious compliment to Obama in her closing remarks. Some pundits seemed to think it might be another turning point, like the supposed tears in New Hampshire. (You know, Hillary really is human-she really is a nice person, after all.) If this is how the Democrats decide their votes (on feelings), then God help the nation.

But now it's back to the Ralph and Alice Kramden routine, as Ohio voters can now anticipate a debate filled with fireworks over Health Care and NAFTA.

When one looks at the constant highs and lows of Hillary Clinton, constant changes of direction and firings of staffers after primary losses, it would lead one to wonder: Many liberal pundits are suggesting that she has been served badly by her campaign staff. That is highly possible when you consider that she has people like LA Mayor, Tony Villaraigosa as her national co-chair. I prefer to think that the real problem is not the campaign, rather the candidate. But, of course, I am just another old fogey who believes in personal responsibility, which is kind of outmoded these days.

More seriously, however, has Hillary's performance in this campaign demonstrated that, as president, she would run the Ship of State with a steady hand?

HILLARY CLINTON IS A BOLD FACE LIAR!!

FOR PROOF, GOOGLE: HILLARY CLINTON AND FRAUD, or HILLARY CLINTON AND PETER PAUL.

ALSO, WATCH THE YOUTUBE VIDEO TITLED: “THE SHOCKING VIDEO HILLARY DOES NOT WANT YOUR TO SEE”.
THE VIDEO CONCERNS HILLARY AND CAMPAIGN FINANCING FRAUD WHICH SHE COMMITTED WITH A MAN NAMED PETER PAUL. THIS CASE IS CURRENTLY IN COURT IN CALIFORNIA. SOMEHOW THE MAIN STREAM MEDIA HAS DECIDED NOT TO TELL THE WHOLE TRUTH ABOUT HILLARY CLINTON!! Hillary Clinton is facing a Campaign Finance Fraud case in court in California. Apparently she had a man named Peter Paul do a fund raising event for her U.S. Senator election campaign, raising $1.2 million dollars for her. After it was revealed that Peter Paul had a criminal background, Hillary lied about knowing him, or receiving $1.2 millions in campaign financing from him. She also filed documents with the FEC, and did not report the $1.2 million dollars she had received from the campaign fundraiser, WHICH IS A FELONY.
VIDEO evidence, and PHONE CALL evidence, and LETTERS evidence (as seen in the youtube video) is going to be presented in court in California in his lawsuit against Hillary Clinton, and she will most likely be charged with a felony.

The mainstream press has for some reason been ignoring this story fact, but it is for us to search out the truth.
It is imparitive that people know this information before they vote, because Hillary, with yet another fraud case pending, where there is physical proof of her participatig in the fraud, on video tape, will NOT become president, and will be prosecuted!

WE DO NOT WANT TO PUT ANOTHER PATHELOGICAL LIAR LIKE HILLARY, AND HER ACCOMPLICE, HER LYING HUSBAND, THE WORST LYING PRESIDENT TO DATE, BILL CLINTON, BACK IN THE WHITE HOUSE.

THE YOUTUBE VIDEO IS A MUST SEE: IT’S CALLED –”THE SHOCKING VIDEO HILLARY CLINTON DOES NOT WANT YOU TO SEE”,
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR VOTE ON THIS DISGRACEFUL WOMAN, VOTE FOR SOMEONE WITH INTEGRITY.

Until someone clinches the nomination, the other candidates have no obligation to pull out. I said this about Huckabee and Ron Paul, and it applies to Clinton, too.

Maybe moreso to Clinton, because unlike McCain, Clinton's opponent is the most evil man to run for president since Aaron Burr.

But just because a campaign falters, even just because it cannot win, a candidate has no obligation to withdraw until someone has won.

We may think we know how an election will turn out, but in fact we don't. That's why we hold elections, in order to find out who'll win.

Whoa, whoa, whoa. Rush Limbaugh is saying that everyone should VOTE for Hillary in the primaries! Why the disconnect, UC? Aren't you a conservative? If you were a conservative, then you'd want the republican in office--that's McCain--and to get him in office, he'd need to beat out the democrats, but let's face it, there's a chance Obama beats McCain, so we can't let Obama get the Democrats' ticket, so everyone should vote for Hillary so that the republicans get in no matter what! Nice plan of action, conservatives! Nice roundabout way into the oval office! Nice way to play fair and win by honest means and elect to office the person that the majority of the nation truly rallies behind! What a fuckin joke that idiot is. Ever heard of the phrase "the ends justify the means"? Do you believe in that, UC? Cus this is a fine example of it (oh, and be prepared if you say you do believe in it, cus I have a bunch of other examples spring-loaded and ready for action, just for you).

Obama should beat out Hillary in the primaries, and then continue to sweep McCain in the nationals. Or at least, that's my opinion.

Actually, after learning about the Black Liberation Theology that Obama has been studying for 20 years, I think Hillary knows what she's doing. She and Bill went to enough black churches in their day...certainly they knew what was going on. As more Americans learn about BLT...we'll see Obama going down and down and down some more.
