Yeah, well not really breaking news if you live in San Francisco.  This happens all the damn time around here. I just heard on the news that “peace activists” plan demonstrations across the nation today to mark the fifth anniversary of the start of the Iraq war.  More than 600 events are planned nationwide and I am sure there will be about 600 total protesters there as well. The ironic thing about this whole situation is that these apparent “peace activists”, led by their fearless leader Cindy Sheehan and Code Pink will surely be holding anti-Israel banners proudly showing their support for “peaceful” organizations like Hamas and Hezbollah.

Code Pink, the anti-war group has made it into the news again.  This last Saturday, several Code Pink assailants dressed in — yeah, you guessed it — pink dresses and tiaras planned a protest to demand the arrest of Luis Posada Carriles.  Unfortunately, Cindy Sheehan couldn’t make the party. They wanted to speak to reporters outside the Versailles restaurant to publicize their campaign against Carriles, a former CIA operative wanted in Venezuela in connection with the 1976 bombing of a Cuban airliner.

Their mission was aborted!

I get ridiculed quite often on this blog because I am always bashing liberal ideology and thought process.  I get accused of spewing hatred, offensive rhetoric and dodging comments when I am challenged by some of my readers.  While I don’t necessarily deny all the accusations, one thing is indeed true. It’s a fact and if you try and dispute it, you are an idiot and just lying to yourself. And, the funny thing about it is that they wouldn’t last one minute in any Military boot camp.  The truth is that extreme liberals have never embraced sacrifice, tasted honor, felt courage, experienced conviction or touched a fragment of commitment.  All they really know and want to know is Oprah and their little anti-war rallies where they curse Israel, the U.S and our beloved Military; yah know, the same Military that gave their lives so that we can live in freedom. Yeah, I am sure you hear this all the time from right-wing-conservative-types like me but it’s something that should never be forgotten, never!

I am not a big fan of free speech because some people well, umm…just make an idiot of themselves when they open their mouths; but like it or not, it does exist. So, I wonder what the big deal is when Anne Coulter called John Edwards a “faggot” back in March. Everyone who saw the tape knows that she was only kidding, yet she continues to get attacked by the mainstream media and liberal blogs. The fact is that Ann Coulter has the right to say any damn thing she wants; even if it’s that she wishes John Edwards would be killed in a terrorist assassination plot (sounds quite similar to the comments made by Bill Maher about Cheney a few months back - and where was the outrage?).

I am probably going to get a lot of flack for this but I thought I would have a little fun anyway, generalize a bit and quite possibly offend some of the liberals that read this blog; some of which are my friends and others, well…you know. The following ten tips are not true for all liberals of course, just some quick observations I have made throughout the 30 or so years of my life.  Oh, and feel free to include your ‘top ten’ list for conservatives too, if you dare.

• They are driving a Prius or other trend-hybrid vehicle to satisfy their eco-snobbery
• Their car has multiple stickers on the back; namely, “Bush Lied and People Died” or something about “faith based missile defense systems”

For those liberals who want to educate themselves on the subjects of hate, anti-Christian, anti-traditional values; and want to perfect the art of protest and speaking without any intelligent thought, you can now get a graduate degree in Activism and Social Change. Of course, this lovely accredited college is located in the peaceful streets of San Francisco, and I heard that Cindy Sheehan will be the new Dean. If there is one person on this earth (aside from a few people that post on this blog) that I can’t stand; it’s Cindy Sheehan. Today, when our lovely democrat majority tried to reveal their lobbying reform package, their press conference was bombarded by anti-war activists who want Congress to stop funding the Iraq war before taking on other issues. Sure Cindy, let’s stop the war, pull the troops out and let Iraq fall. I guess it’s okay for men, woman and children to die in Iraq as long as they aren’t Americans, right Cindy? Why not protest the genocide in Darfur or Somalia, or is that just not important to you? Thank God you weren’t alive and well during WWII or else we would all be speaking German right now.

Some of my very good friends and family members are liberal and we get along just fine, assuming we don’t talk about politics or religion. In fact, I really admire them for their sincere and unwavering belief system (regardless of how insane those beliefs may be). On the other hand, my conservative friends think they are uninformed, hard-headed and even unreasonable. And, in many cases, depending on the particular individual all three may be true.
