Back in November 2004, Obama was on the radio, talking about the whole process of legislation with a lunatic kook fringe host, Randi Rhodes:
OBAMA: When you rush these budgets that are a foot high and nobody has any idea what’s in them and nobody’s read ‘em.
KOOK FRINGE HOST: Fourteen pounds, it was!
OBAMA: Yeah. And it gets rushed through without any clear deliberation or debate, then these kinds of things happen, and I think that this is in some ways what happened to the Patriot Act. I mean, you remember there was no real debate about that, it was so quick after 9/11 that it was introduced — that people felt very intimidated by the administration.
That is almost five years ago, the whiner that is the man-child Barry Obama, complaining about the Bush administration rushing bills through Congress without giving members of the House time to even read the bills!
And just last week on Wednesday, Obama had this exchange in his press conference:
REPORTER: Why the rush? Are you worried that, if there’s a delay until the fall, the whole effort will collapse?
OBAMA: I’m rushed because I get letters every day from families that are being clobbered by health care costs and they ask me, “Can you help?” So I’ve got a middle-aged couple that will write me, and they say, “Our daughter just found out she’s got leukemia, and if I don’t, uh, do something soon, we just… Either going to go bankrupt or, we’re not going to be able to get our daughter the care,
So Rahm Emmanuel is ramming the bill through Congress, without giving them the time to read the bill, because Barack Obama is getting letters. But of course he only gets letters from the families in worst-case scenarios, and never from the ones who oppose. You see, nobody opposes the compassionate Barack Obama, other than the right-wing extremists (that’s what he wants you to perceive). Folks, the letters are 15-to-1 in opposition to ObamaCare over in Congress. Nevertheless, we gotta hurry get this bill passed, because he’s getting all these letters.
